Ontario Association of Agricultural Societies
Annual Meeting and Convention Registration

February 21 - 23, 2008
at Royal York Hotel, Toronto

To register for the 2008 Annual Convention, please fill out the following form and press the "Submit" button below.

You will then be presented with a printable receipt along with payment instructions.

  • Registration prices at the door: $78.75 per delegate
  • Cancellations: Until February 1st, 2008 -- Less 25% administration fee
  • Transfer of Registration: Permissible within Society
  • Showcase: All convention registrations include admission to Showcase.

Delegates

Please include your fair's convention delegates here. You may add as many delegates as you wish, however only three can be voting delegates.

Ambassador

If you would like to send a fair ambassador, please include their name below. There will be a $21.00 fee for the Ambassador Program, which includes a group photo. Each ambassador requires a Chaperone -- they must be a registered delegate above.

Pressing the "Submit" button below will complete your pre-registration by sending a copy of this information to the O.A.A.S. You will be given a printable receipt and payment instructions.
